Founded in 2000, Desert View Schools has expanded in campus, increased in culture and continues to promote positive, healthy and caring relationships.

Non-profit public charter schools receive state funding, but unlike district schools, they operate independently under a contract (or “charter”) and don’t receive the same funding opportunities (e.g. no property taxes). They operate as a non-profit community organization uniquely committed to serving their community of learners and meeting the needs of their families and employees in special ways.
